Lisa Danahy, a long time client of Mister Kleen recently retired from Friendship Children’s Center.  Because of her outstanding service, guidance and tireless commitment to the children and families of the Friendship Children’s Center Community, the building was dedicated in her name.

Charlotte Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield receives

Certified Property Manager of the Year

Charlotte Wilson, General Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, oversees several Class A commercial office facilities in the DC metro region. During her tenure she has consistently gone above and beyond in achieving growth for the company.  She has also accomplished several prestigious honors such as being part of a building team that successfully achieved LEED Gold certification for an existing building; earning the coveted Virtus Award by Cushman & Wakefield (2012), and the Chapter Star Award by IREM Chapter 77 (2011).

In addition to her role in assisting Cushman & Wakefield toward continuous prosperity, Charlotte was named the Certified Property Manager of the Year (CPM) by IREM Chapter 77 in 2013.
